What We Handle on the Roadside

Roadside issues come in a few common forms, and we're set up to handle most of them.

01

Flat batteries. Our team carries a selection of batteries for most makes and models, as well as jump-starting equipment, so many vehicles can be running again on the spot. If the battery can't be sorted on site, we can tow the vehicle to a workshop.

02

Flat tyres. We can change your tyre if you have a usable spare, and may be able to repair a small puncture where it's feasible. If neither is possible, we'll arrange a tow.

03

Lockouts. We help get you back into your vehicle without causing damage. If entry isn't possible on-site, we'll advise on the next best step.

04

Minor mechanical issues. Where possible, we'll repair minor mechanical problems on site. Where that's not possible, we'll tow the vehicle instead.

Questions we get asked

It generally covers issues that can potentially be resolved on the spot, such as a flat battery, a flat tyre or being locked out of a vehicle. If the issue turns out to need a workshop, it moves into a standard tow instead.

In many cases, yes, particularly if the cause is a flat battery that can be jump-started. If the vehicle still won't start afterwards, a tow to a mechanic is usually the next step.

Roadside issues aren't limited to business hours, so having a service that operates around the clock makes a real difference. Coverage that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week means help is available whenever it's actually needed.
